Snyder Cohn looks to recognize and celebrate associates who show their commitment to our Core Values and our clients. We have created an environment that encourages personal responsibility and leadership. Our award programs provide us opportunities to acknowledge and reinforce what is important to us as a firm.

During tax season, the Random Acts of Kindness Award (affectionately called RAKA) is a colleague-nominated award which calls on us to exhibit leadership qualities, especially respect and encouragement of others. We advocate leading by the simple act of respect – to respect others and ourselves, and to look for and encourage the best in others. This is the least “formal” of our awards – giving associates the opportunity to recognize and reward behavior almost instantaneously.

The Because People Count Award is a quarterly colleague-nominated award. This award calls on us to strive for excellence in client service – both internal and external. We encourage our associates to go above and beyond – for our associates, our clients, and our business.

At year end, the Raving Fan Award is a management-nominated award which recognizes exceptional demonstration of our core values. We encourage our associates to add value — through leadership, outstanding client service, fostering a positive atmosphere in the office, successful marketing, operational efficiencies and creative problem solving.
