Snyder Cohn Expands M&A Services

Bethesda, MD-based Snyder Cohn Expands Partnership with Lexbridge International to Deliver Mergers and Acquisitions Services

Investment banking veteran Brad Fleisher joins Lexbridge DC as Managing Director

Snyder Cohn and Lexbridge International Mergers and Acquisitions Group, LLC are expanding Lexbridge DC, their 10 year strategic partnership to provide mergers and acquisitions services, capital formation, and other investment banking services to privately held businesses in the greater Washington DC area. As part of this expansion, Brad Fleisher has been appointed Managing Director of Lexbridge DC and will lead its investment banking and advisory activities.

Snyder Cohn, Bethesda, MD, is a full-service firm providing accounting, auditing, tax and management advisory services to individuals and businesses since 1927. The firm also has dedicated divisions offering Healthcare and Medical Practice Consulting, Outsourced Accounting Services and Retirement Plan Consulting.

According to Snyder Cohn Chairman Eddie Snyder, “Having a strategic partnership with Lexbridge allows Snyder Cohn to broaden its ability to help private business in the DC area deal with the critical issues of sale and succession. M&A is now a worldwide activity even for smaller private businesses. Besides North America, Lexbridge has active members in Europe, Asia and the Middle East.”

For over 20 years, Lexbridge International Mergers & Acquisitions Group, L.L.C. has provided merger and acquisition, corporate finance and strategic partnering advisory services with headquarters in Burlington, Massachusetts and affiliate offices throughout the world. Lexbridge M&A fills the gap between larger Wall Street and other international investment banking companies who are not economically able to provide services to private companies and or mid-sized projects and local investment banking companies that can provide only limited access to markets. Lexbridge provides the highest level of professional services in representing sellers of privately held mid-sized businesses. “The Group does not just act as an intermediary, but represents Sellers through the total management of the selling process from developing a sales strategy through a successful negotiation and close”, states Morton L. Hodin, Managing Director of the Group.

Brad Fleisher, will be the Managing Director of Lexbridge DC and lead its activities. Brad is an investment banker, entrepreneur and attorney with over 15 years experience in finance, healthcare, technology, and digital media and information companies. “I’m very excited to be a part of this venture. Snyder Cohn has longstanding ties to the regional business community, and we’re now in a position to offer our clients a full suite of advisory and transactional services, from capital formation to tax and audit to exit strategies. Further, in combination with Lexbridge International and its relationships with regional accounting firms throughout the world, Lexbridge DC will be able to tap into the contact base of a private network of business professionals. This is a unique advantage among middle market investment banks. Both of my partners have substantial corporate records of client service and integrity, and I’m delighted to be a part of the group.”
