Eddie Snyder served as Snyder Cohn’s President from 1993 to 2009. As Chairman, he continues his extensive client work—including accounting, tax and advisory. Eddie guides the firm’s strategic direction, mentors associates and works to expand the Snyder Cohn presence in the community.

Eddie has served as an expert witness for divorce valuations, contract disputes and bankruptcy cases. Some of his projects include raising funds, arranging financing and helping to structure equity relationships for clients.

Eddie has chaired the BKR International statistical panel and also has been a speaker and coordinator of tax and business seminars.

In addition, his activities encompass work for such organizations as The State of Israel Bonds, The Melvin J. Berman Hebrew Academy, Leadership Montgomery, and the University of Maryland Hillel.
